Map of the HCMC Metro featuring officially proposed metro lines, monorails, and tram line.
[Ho Chi Minh City Urban Rail Network (view full size).]
This is a copy of the Ho Chi Minh City Urban Rail Network map, which has been on display at the metro stations since December 2024.
This map was already outdated by the time the metro opened, so there will be new lines added and adjustments to lines that are already proposed.
The map doesn’t include the Thu Thiem – Long Thanh International Airport rail link, or the proposed metro line to Can Gio that has been proposed by Vingroup.
A future map will also include at least two metro lines in former Binh Duong province (now merged into HCMC as of July 2025). The Binh Duong Metro was being developed separately, but it will now be under control of the HCMC Metro. There is also talk of extending the metro into the former Ba Ria-Vung Tau province (also merged with HCMC).
I will post all versions of the HCMC Metro map at hochiminhcitymetro.com as a historical archive of the evolution of the map.
