Metro depot land misused for livestock grazing and waste dumping – [26/06/24]
“A 26-hectare land plot designated for the gathering, maintenance, and operation of trains on HCMC’s metro line 3A in Binh Chanh District has become a place for garbage dumping, livestock grazing, and deteriorating auxiliary structures.”
[The Tan Kien depot area of Metro Line 3A spans over 26 hectares around Hung Nhon Street, Tan Kien Commune. According to the plan, the depot will house the control center, assembly and maintenance and repair facilities for the line.]
